SHIPPING + FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment will be organized and distributed via a third-party, Shenzhen based fulfillment provider. International and regional shipping to be handled by DHL (7-10 working days). Utilizing a third-party provider ensures order accuracy, provides a tertiary layer of quality-control and expedited shipping times. All kits and add-ons will be shipped in custom, durable hard-cases.

Lastly, understand that I am not responsible for damage incurred during shipping however unlikely it may be.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made utilizing any major credit card. Checkout is facilitated via Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS

Group buy specific orders are non-refundable once submitted to our manufacturer. All cancellations made prior to fabrication, as well as returns made after receiving your kit - are permitted on an independent basis at CRUEL WORLD's discretion. All accepted cancellations and subsequent refunds are subject to a 3% transaction charge.

GROUP BUY SPECIFICATIONS 

Group buys are a method of private crowdfunding commonly found within the mechanical keyboard hobby. If you're new to the community or have never participated in a group buy, I encourage you to read the following:

When will my kit arrive?

Your keyboard kit will enter a production phase shortly after the buy time closes, it will then be fabricated to the requested specifications, packaged and finally shipped. By purchasing you agree to potential fluctuations in a projects established timeline and ship date.

Can I swap group buy spots with someone else?

If you've worked out a deal with another user feel free to reach out to me via Discord or Email and I will facilitate this transfer for you. I do not recommend buying groupbuy slots from individuals as it leaves all parties open to being scammed.

Can I get a custom feature for my purchase?

Due to the nature of group buys, I will not do one-offs or entertain requests for custom specifications. This includes custom dye colors, anodization, plate materials, etc. For commissions and collaborations please contact me directly via this portal.

Will extras be available?
